CK333 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Members

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the CK333 platform — including the sports betting section, live casino, game lobby, VIP Club, or any other feature available at ck333.bar — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CK333.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits made to your CK333 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. CK333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Using a payment method that does not belong to you is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and the reversal of associated transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. CK333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Such accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Platform Use and Conduct

All members of the CK333 platform are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

CK333 reserves the right to monitor platform activity for compliance with these conduct standards. Where a breach is identified, CK333 may take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the CK333 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are displayed within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. CK333 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, an incorrectly displayed price, or any other manifest error on the part of the platform. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.

• The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• The member is under the age of 18.
• The account is being operated by someone other than the registered account holder.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the member's wellbeing or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, CK333 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

10 Limitation of Liability

The CK333 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While CK333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CK333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:
